Who We Are
Stratusight wasn't built in a boardroom. It was built from the field.
The foundation is two decades of working at the infrastructure layer of how Canada operates — from the networks that connect us, to the utilities that power us, to the public safety systems that protect us. That journey ran from ISPs through telecommunications, into energy and utilities, and into some of the most complex technology deployments in Canadian public safety and government — including the emerging frontier of drones and robotics.
What that experience teaches you is this: when technology doesn't deliver, it's rarely a technical failure. More often, it's talented people who weren't given the conditions, the clarity, or the support to make it work.
Great strategies fail not because they're wrong — but because the organizations meant to carry them forward aren't built for change. When talented people with real insight are held back by structure, politics, or inertia, you don't get execution. You get frustration dressed up as progress.
That's why Stratusight exists.
